About Me
I am a Site Reliability Engineer with experience in managing and maintaining cloud-based systems. I have a background in Electrical Engineering, and I have a strong interest in programming, cost-effective and disaster recovery solutions, and reliability.
I am currently working as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at ForgeRock in Vancouver, Canada.

- Leading projects in infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and security , and training and guiding other SREs.
- Managing and maintaining 1000+ customer facing clusters in GCP with tools like Terraform, Crossplane, Kustomize, and Go.
- Automating processes, creating CLIs, and monitoring bots with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Maintain software releases with CICD tools like ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, Codefresh, Jenkins, and Github Actions.

- Managing, patching and maintaining customer facing servers and infrastructure on an on call rotation with the best security practices by using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Vault, Packer, and Terraform.
- Manage monitor and alert systems using Kubernetes Dashboard, Dynatrace, Prometheus and Grafana.
- Implement Lambda functions in Python and Bash to automate processes and solutions.
- Administered Macs, Linux, and Windows machines, on premise, hybrids and AWS, GCP, and Azure clouds, with Jamf, MDM, VMwareSalt and Puppet.
- Implement and maintain AWS solutions in EC2, DynamoDB, IAM, RDS, VPC, EKS, Lambda, and CloudWatch using Terraform as Infrastructure as Code.
- Automate large scale deployments, cost saving solutions and website management for cloud servers using Python, Powershell, Django, Jenkins, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, and Salt.
- Maintain and upgrade web servers in Nginx and Apache, and applications such as Jira, Gitlab, Artifactory, Google, Zoom, Zendesk, among others.
- Be part of the 24/7 on call rotation to assist users and maintain Tier 1, 2 and 3 applications, mail, AD, DNS servers, and docker containers.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab, Gitlab runners in EKS, and Jenkins.
